Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Sales Management: Develop and manage key corporate accounts to increase room and event sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, and agencies.
- Hotel Contracts & Negotiations: Negotiate and close contracts with key corporate clients and OTAs, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and manage contractual obligations.
- OTA Management: Collaborate with online travel agencies to optimize the hotel's visibility and revenue on various OTA platforms.
- Ensure competitive pricing, promotions, and availability across platforms.
- MICE Sales: Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sales, including identifying potential opportunities, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful event execution.
- Revenue Growth: Work closely with the sales and revenue management teams to maximize room sales, achieve sales targets, and increase market share.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market activity, and competitor analysis.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide personalized service to high-value clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and front office teams to ensure smooth sales execution and seamless guest experiences.
