- Established in 1999, we specialize in marketing a portfolio of 5 Star Hotels and Clubs across India.

- Currently, our hotel portfolio consists of 900+ guest rooms in the five-star category, located in metro and tier-one cities, along with 5 luxury clubs serving over 5000 members nationwide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- You will analyses local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.

- Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

What are we looking for:

- Experience: 5 -10 Years

- You will be serving IBFW Hospitality for the inventory of Hotels, is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
