Responsibilities:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and develop strategies to maintain the hotel's market leadership.

- Build and manage relationships with hotels to secure the best rates and availability.

- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve maximum room occupancy and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with online travel agents (OTAs) to optimize hotel visibility and inventory management.

- Develop strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving booking/contract issues promptly.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against established targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel sales, contracting, or a related field.

- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

- Knowledge of revenue management principles and online travel agent (OTA) platforms.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also collaborating seamlessly within a team environment
