Project Coordinator

Job description

• Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Acting as a liaison between different teams, client, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Strategic decision- making by providing critical insights on project process.
• Tentative cash flow preparation and compression with actual cashflow.
• Sub-contractor finalisation, Techno commercial offer preparation and submission, liaison and negotiation for tenders work.
• Managing equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure they are available when needed and within budget constraints.
• Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Addressing any issues that arise during construction and finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and upper management.
• Ensuring that construction activities comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Estimation and Tendering for new projects.
