Job Overview:

The Tender Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting government tenders. This role requires expertise in government procurement, compliance, and business development to create competitive bids that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents, ensuring compliance and completeness.
• Lead technical and commercial proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate submissions.
• Stay updated on government procurement policies and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a repository of tender documents.
• Collaborate with finance for pricing strategies.
• Act as a liaison with government agencies and stakeholders.
• Track tender status, deadlines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Support post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Experience: 4-7 years in tender management and government procurement.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement policies and contract management.
• Skills: Project management, negotiation, communication, and attention to detail.
• Software: Proficiency in tender management tools and MS Office.
