Tendering Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of tendering and proposal development, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Gem regulations and should be hands on with Mahatenders, E-Procurement, BARC, MCGM and other tender websites.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client specifications.
• Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations and necessary documentation for inclusion in proposals.
• Maintain a database of tender documents, proposals, and related materials for reference and future use.
• Monitor and track tender status, providing regular updates to management and relevant teams.
• Assist in contract negotiations and provide support during the pre-contract stage as required.
• Lead the tendering process, including the preparation and submission of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and awarding of contracts. 
• Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis Follow up with Vendors/ OEMs/ departments/ clients Vendor Registration for Limited tenders Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/ new clients Tracking status of Tenders offers Track Tenders/ RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.
