Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong technical background and sales acumen to expand our industrial product portfolio in South Gujarat. This role involves business development, technical consultations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
• Identify and engage potential customers, fostering long-term relationships.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Provide expert consultation to customers, ensuring optimal product selection.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Travel extensively within South Gujarat to meet clients and attend industry events.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or industrial product sales.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Knowledge of Valves, Gearboxes, Pumps, VFDs, Motors, Panels, Flow Meters, Sensors, and Instrumentation products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
