Technical Sales Manager

Role Defination :

A reputed German Manufacturer & Adhesives, Sealents & Cleaners is looking for Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling range of glues, adhesives, and edgebanding etc solutions to Soldiwood and Modular furniture. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your technical knowledge to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and offer exceptional customer support. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, helping them optimize their manufacturing processes through effective use of our products.

• Introductory Sales Meetings
• Customer requirement analysis
• Techno-commercial Sales Proposals
• Technical and commercial meetings
• Follow ups, Negotiations and Sales Conversion
• Payment Collection
• Customer Satisfaction
• CRM Updates & Reporting
• Events participation and Coordination.

Expected Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the adhesives, glues, edgebands, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes.
• Ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients at their manufacturing facilities.
