Key skills for the job
As EA to CEO of Indian Banks wholly owned subsidiary, you will be managing the CEOs calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence between CEO of the subsidiary, various departments of the subsidiary, and Indian Bank stakeholders on a part-time basis. You will be expected to have good communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to execute multiple tasks effectively
The candidate must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/ AICTE.
Postgraduate in Management studies will be an added advantage
At least 3+ years of experience, with at least one year of experience as an EA to a CEO/Managing Director/ED/CGM/GM
Manage the CEO's Calendar and Schedule
• Set up meetings, make appointments on the CEO’s behalf and keep the CEO’s calendar and schedule in order.
Travel and Logistics Management
• Take care of all travel and logistics-related aspects for any travel plan of the CEO
Communication and Correspondence
• Ensure all communication and correspondence across all stakeholders (CEO of the subsidiary, departments of the subsidiary and Indian Bank stakeholders) happens promptly and accurately
Ownership of documentation
• Takes ownership of all documentation related aspects For example: Drafting reports, creating presentations etc. on behalf of the CEO
Admin Responsibilities:
• Manage the administrative functions of the company, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Oversee the management of office facilities, including maintenance, security, and technology systems.
• Maintain manual and computerized management information systems.
• Administer and manage the admin budget in line with the company guidelines
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Create all Admin-related policies and procedures
• Supervision of a large diversified administrative program, which may involve coordinating the work performed in several separate locations.
• Ensure security arrangements and safety requirements at the company.
• Ensure effective coordination with the parent Bank and sister concerns, whenever required.
• Should have the sufficient technical knowledge to function as an EA (E.g.: the ability to operate computers and laptops, work on applications like Microsoft Office, email, video conferencing, etc.)
• Monitor the progress of the key tasks assigned by the CEO and keep the CEO and other key people in the loop on the progress of the tasks
• Should have skills for researching, analyzing data, and creating reports to help the CEO make their decisions
• Good interpersonal skills, with ability to liaison across departments
