AVP - Structured Finance

Prepare credit proposals and work with the business development team to perform credit analysis for SME-financing deals.

Perform client / site visits as part of the credit due diligence process.

Meet TAT for preparing credit proposals and giving recommendations to and present to senior management / credit committee for approval.

Prepare and negotiate (if required) the loan documentation based on the standard templates and hand-hold the client through the execution process.

Undertake loan disbursement in liaison with the Operations team after getting the various observations / pendencys resolved.

Monitoring portfolio and updating credit files.

Liaise independently with external clients and channel partners wherever required from time to time.

Qualifications

Qualified CA / MBA (Finance)

Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.

Good communication skills and ability to interact independently with senior management of companies.

Atleast 4-5 years work relevant experience in a bank / NBFC in a similar role handling Corporate / MSME relationship management and / or credit risk.
