- Analysing and evaluating companies across market landscape, policy landscape, financial performance, peers benchmarks and investor landscape
- Strong business development and commercial acumen, responsible for originating business pipeline
- Building and nurturing relationships with pools of capital across banks, financial institutions, credit funds, private equity funds, ARCs
- Pitch positioning solutions to clients through high-quality presentations, investment collaterals and other reports
- Leading transaction execution including reviewing financial models, pitch/presentations, project/transaction structures, due diligence and documentation for effective deal management and closures/sanctions.
- Managing team to support practice performance and PL
Academic Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant
- BE/BTech + MBA (or) CFA (Level 3 preferred)
