You'll be responsible for supporting the execution of community initiatives, managing member interactions, and ensuring a thriving and positive online space for our users

We cater to the health and well-being needs of pregnant mothers, offering a range of services including yoga, meditation, nutrition, baby bonding, and Garbh Sanskar. To date, approximately 12 lakh couples have received guidance through the iMumz app and our coaching services. Key Responsibilities. Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, satisfaction, and community growth. This includes creating high-quality content, responding to member inquiries, and facilitating discussions
Event & Program Management: Manage and coordinate all community events, workshops, and programs. This involves planning logistics, promoting the events, and ensuring a smooth and successful experience for participants
Community Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members. Identify key players, facilitate collaborations, and foster a sense of belonging within the community
Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze community feedback to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Report key findings to the Community Lead
Content & Social Media: Assist with content creation for the community platform and social media channels
Community Monitoring: Monitor online conversations and address any concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner
Reporting: Contribute to reporting efforts by providing data and insights on community engagement metrics
Skills And Qualifications. Experience in community management, preferably within a social media or online community setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using social media platforms and other online community tools
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content
High emotional intelligence with a knack for empathy and fostering positive interactions
A passion for customer engagement and community building
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Business Administration) is a plus
