The company is good but what is the use of working with the company which expects 100 % from you but gives very little in return .

Dislikes

There is no provision of sick leaves , the company wants you take classes even if you are horribly sick. Any feedback by employees towards the company with result in termination of contract. I only wished, Sonal Sachdeva ( so called boss ) was really educated in real sense and had some people skills. In a company like Imumz one needs to have people skills / be empathetic towards users and subs. Cannot be outright rude and snap at subs. Or employees working under her.

Likes

Worklife balance is one of the few redeeming aspects, but that is primarily due to the lack of proper protocol. Without this, flexibility exists, but important to note that the workload can be quite hectic.

Dislikes

Appraisals are delayed, often occurring five months after the work anniversary. All employees receive the same increment, regardless of individual contributions. The company provides no group insurance or medical benefits—no sick or medical leaves, even if you are unwell. Promotions aren't based on experience or performance but on how well you communicate with your manager. Additionally, questioning higher authorities can result in sudden termination, which creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and job insecurity. Initially, when I joined, it was communicated that the workday would be 5.5 days. However, without any official notification, management is now requiring to employees to work for all 6 days .
