Position Overview:

We are looking for an Am-Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring continuous learning and development for our internal teams and external stakeholders. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing skills, knowledge, and overall performance to support ImpactGuru's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Training Development : Design and deliver training programs for internal teams (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.) and external stakeholders (donors, users, partners).

Training Delivery : Conduct both in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to various audiences.

Training Needs Assessment : Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.

Knowledge Management : Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, handouts, and video tutorials.

Evaluation & Feedback : Regularly assess training effectiveness using surveys, quizzes, and feedback from participants to improve future sessions.

- Ongoing Learning : Keep up-to-date with trends in crowdfunding, medical crowdfunding, and training methodologies to continuously enhance the training experience.

Reporting : Track training progress, completion rates, and success metrics to report to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, with expertise in delivering engaging and effective training.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex topics in an easily understandable way.

- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, LMS systems,etc.)

- A passion for continuous learning and development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.

- Has team handling experience in Sales background.

Desired Experience:

- Experience in crowdfunding, particularly in medical or social causes.

- Previous experience with training delivery in a digital or remote setting.

- Familiarity with customer support and sales processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.

Location: Andheri East (Marol)

Max Salary offered- 4.5 LPA 5 .LPA lpa (Based on interview)
