Sr Accounts Executive

Dear Folks,

We are looking for candidates for Sr. Account Executive role Mumbai Location.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance:

• AP and AR vouching as per the policies & procedures of the organization and entries in Accounting Software

• Bank reconciliation & correspondence.

• Vendor Due Diligence and follow-up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Petty cash

• Knowledge in TDS and entries in IT tools

• Knowledge in GST

• Assist HOD in closing audits

• Assist HOD in finalizing Financials & Compliance of the organization

• Maintaining all the files and folders related to Accounts

• Payroll work sheets

• TDS, Profession tax and PF payments.

• TDS Certificates, entries, monthly payments, returns etc.

• Assist HOD in finalizing budgets

• Co-coordinating with advocates, Auditors, Consultants etc.

• Any other works assigned by HOD from time to time

Support Financial and Statutory Reporting

• plan and monitor timelines to meet strict deadlines in reporting regulations

• reviews grant letters, funding and entitlement reports

Support Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting

• Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by entity and division, forecast vs. budget by division

• Review and analyze monthly financial projects and provide recommendations.

• Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual operating budget.

• Manage financial planning and analysis department. Supervise creation of reports, software implementation and tools for budgeting and forecasting.

Support Audit

• Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards.

• Managing and overseeing the Organizations banking arrangements.

• Presenting results to non-finance people to understand

• Assisting in Managing and overseeing the Audit affairs of the organisation and liaising with the external audit firm.

Support Tax Management

• TDS. Monitor timely deposit of taxes like TDS and statutory returns within prescribed time. Assisting income tax returns, reply to notice received from Income tax department and appearing before all tax authorities. .

Qualifications and skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9. Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.

Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Experience in handling accounts and financial reporting,

Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree / MBA Knowledge of

Experience 10-12 years in the similar domain
