Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Provide accurate forecasts and financial projections.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
3. Team Leadership and Management:
• Supervise, mentor, and train the accounting team.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks and audits.
• Conduct performance reviews and set professional development goals.
4. Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions.
5. Cash Flow and Asset Management:
• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
6. Strategic Financial Planning:
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
• Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
