Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced GM- Performance Marketing to lead data-driven marketing initiatives, drive user acquisition, and optimize ROI. This role will play a key part in expanding our reach and enhancing our marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop performance marketing strategies across digital channels with clear KPIs.
• User Acquisition: Drive acquisition efforts across search, social, display, and affiliate channels.
• Budget Management: Plan and optimize marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and impact.
• ROI Optimization: Analyze and enhance campaign performance through data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Campaign Management: Oversee campaign execution, budget forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of performance marketing specialists.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in digital or healthcare.
• Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Proven track record in managing high-ROI campaigns.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
