Role - Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager

Location - Andheri, Marol (Mumbai)

Experience - 4+ years

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

- Collaborate with Teams : Understand developers' bandwidth and allocate tasks based on their capacity.

- Project Management : Track progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Communication : Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Excel Expertise : Use Excel to track project metrics and report progress.

- Continuous Improvement : Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.

- Technical Understanding : Background in software development and ability to manage developers' tasks effectively.

- Excel Skills : Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting.

- Agile Expertise : Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have :

- ScrumMaster Certification (CSM)

- Experience with Jira or similar tools
