Team Leader - International Call Centre

Job description:

Should have International Call center experience, preferably UK process

Should have knowledge of dialers, loading raw dumps.

Should have knowledge of APR reports

Manage Team of Individuals

Willing to work in UK shift timings

Good exposure to Insurance process

Required Candidate profile:

Should have Good English Communication skills with neutral accent

Should be worked in International Process as Team Leader for at least 1 year on paper.
Must be very much aware about attrition, shrinkage & KPI.
Candidate must be Graduate & self starter

Immediate joiners preferred.
