Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and online platforms.
- Proactively explore and pursue new business opportunities across diverse international markets (US, UK, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our client portfolio.
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients via email, cold calls, and strategic follow-ups.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and challenges, and develop tailored digital marketing solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our digital marketing services.
- Present solutions to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and identify potential target markets.
- Maintain accurate records within the companies CRM.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- 6+ years of proven experience in international sales, preferably within the digital marketing services industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or IT sales environment.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
