Job Description
The role involves managing employee onboarding, orientation, and relations, supporting performance appraisals, and coordinating training and development programs. - Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and training.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Mediate conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Support managers in performance evaluation processes.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee compensation and benefits programs. Answer employee questions regarding benefits and payroll.
- HR Data Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases. Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives. Gather feedback to improve workplace culture.
- Health and Safety: Support workplace health and safety initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate the interview process and communicate with candidates.
