Senior HR Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Management- Recruitment activities through portals, consultants, referrals, network, salary negotiation, rolling out offer letter, selection based on job description and budgets.
• Induction & probation-Executing induction program, developing HR & other presentations in coordination with HR Head, employee feedback sessions, issue of confirmation/warning/probation extension/Termination letter.
• Employee life cycle-Solely responsible for Employee Life Cycle from On-boarding, Leave updates, Movement & Transfer, promotions till Exit management etc.
• PMS process execution-High involvement in annual appraisal/career progression and succession planning by firming up on the rating/increments recommendations.
• Compensation & Payroll Management-Designing employee salary structure, providing HR salary advise including new joinees/Exits/Increment etc. Ensuring timely payroll processing with accuracy.
• Employee Engagements- Executing reward & recognition, festival celebrations, publishing quarterly employee newsletters, birthday celebrations.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Conducting one-on-one, skip level and team focus group meetings
• Employee code of conduct: Conducting warning discussion & issuing warning letter for disciplinary issues.

• Excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Good on excel and making PPTs
• Results oriented: demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Sets up high personal standards of performance, seeks out new challenges and initiates activities.
