Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent in the automobile industry.
- Employee Relations :
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee issues, promoting open communication,
and resolving conflicts.
- Support management in performance management discussions and ensure proper documentation of
employee performance.
- Training and Development :
- Assess training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and
knowledge.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into
the organization.
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the workforce.
- Performance Management :
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance management process, including
goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Provide support and guidance to managers on effective performance appraisal techniques and
employee development plans.
- Compliance and Policies :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to employment practices
and workplace safety.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to reflect current industry
standards and legal requirements.
- Assist in the investigation of employee complaints and grievances, ensuring a fair and consistent
resolution process.
- HR Reporting and Analytics :
- Collect and analyze HR data and metrics to assess trends in employee turnover, recruitment
effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for management on HR activities, initiatives, and employee engagement
metrics.
