Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong technical background to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the technology sector, with the ability to lead and scale recruitment strategies for tech-driven roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.

- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to forecast hiring needs.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods.

- Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, metrics, and tools.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech domain.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for technology roles.

- Proven experience in leading large recruitment teams and managing recruitment for technical positions.

- Strong understanding of the tech landscape, industry trends, and the unique challenges of recruiting for tech roles.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Experience with recruitment software, ATS, and talent sourcing platforms.
