Concierge Executive

Job Summary:

The Home Care Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and

home care providers seeking home care services.They will manage the service delivery, track

home care providers (HCP), and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and

feedback collection. The role will also involve documentation, billing, staff coordination, and

health camp support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison between patient, families, HCP staff, and vendors to ensure clear

communication about services, billing amounts, and changes.

• Expand the inventory pool of HCPs through multiple channels.
• Make outbound calls to home care providers, verifying availability and service offerings.
• Service Delivery Monitoring: Track attendance & punctuality of home care staff, Medical

Equipment Management, Monitor Service Delivery.

• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues,

and resolving concerns.

• Preparing patient consent form, staff profile, initiate BGV verification for staff, draft and

manage MOUs for home care staff.

• Update and maintain detailed records of patient needs, preferences, and home care

services provided.

• Maintain digital records in Companys digital platforms, and other tracking sheets as per

company policies.

• Based on the quality of services and the health condition of the patient, explore upsell

/cross sell opportunities with the customers.

• Manage the billing process, ensuring timely invoicing for HCP staff, vendors, and clients.

Get approvals for invoices and refunds.

• Execute a specific list of tasks when the company organises any health camps
• (BMW) Record keeping

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or home care settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of home care services, healthcare resources is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, mobile apps, and scheduling software.
