We at Lodha have an opening for Concierge role for Lower Parel location. Below mentioned are the role & responsibility for the role.


Role & responsibilities

Will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. This role involves assisting guests with a wide range of services, including recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and general information about the local area. The Concierge aims to enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to a memorable and positive stay.


  1. Guest Assistance:
    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized services to enhance their experience.
    • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, restaurants, and events.
    • Offer directions, maps, and other helpful resources to guests.
  2. Problem Solving & Requests:
    • Address guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner, seeking solutions that satisfy the guest.
    • Respond promptly to special requests such as arranging for flowers, gifts, or special accommodations.
  3. Guest Communication:
    • Maintain clear and concise communication with other departments, ensuring guest requests are fulfilled.
    • Notify guests about any important updates or changes, such as operational hours or amenities availability.
  4. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and services provided.
    • Document guest interactions for future reference and follow-up.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with administrative duties, such as managing the concierge desk and maintaining the concierge office.
    • Ensure that all promotional materials, brochures, and information about local events are up to date.
  6. Maintain High Standards:
    • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Keep the concierge area neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
