Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products/services
• Handle customer inquiries via toll-free services, providing prompt and accurate answers
• Provide knowledgeable assistance, going the extra mile to resolve customer queries
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written
• Ability to speak a regional language is an added advantage
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

Educational Qualification:

• HSC or above

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in a customer service role
