Procurement Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Verification of invoices as per PO/MSA
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices related discrepancy
• Coordinate with internal users for invoices approvals
• Invoices claim and PO processing on Oracle system
• Coordinate with finance team for vendor payment or any payment issues
• Vendor registrations in oracle
• Updating and maintaining various procurement trackers
• Vendor coordination and management

This is a contractual role

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 2-3 years experience in supplier/vendor management (backoffice role)
• Should have excellent skills to Follow up with Requestor, Vendor, Internal Stakeholders etc.
• Should have good communication skills - Verbal and written English
• Should have excellent knowledge of Excel & formulas Knowledge of Oracle procurement system is added advantage
• Should have excellent knowledge of Documentation Knowledge of MSA/Agreements
