IIFL - Digital Strategy Support Head (8-12 yrs)

Objectives of this Role:

- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company based on the feedback received from support function.

- Analyse support tickets to understand the user needs and improvement in process by working on product requirements and develop requirements to ensure they're successful achieved.

- Previous software and web development experience. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

- Coordination with Senior Product Managers to for prioritization and creating a road map towards DIY issue resolution system wise.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

- Lead the support task ensuring the ticket resolution is at the highest level of productivity.

- Monitor the systems for a proactive approach to issue handing at large scale.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA with minimum 5 years of working experience as a product manager and team leadership.

- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role as well as support role

- Experience in working on post disbursal processes in the financial industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous software and web development experience.

- Proven working experience as a product developer.
