We are hiring for HR Operations on third party payroll

Job Location - Andheri (Hubtown)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end to end support in HR Operations Activities for IIFL Capital

- Managing multiple stakeholders and act as a SPOC for all the HR operations related queries

- To prepare and maintain required reports / MIS and share to assist the stakeholders

- Ensuring timely follow up and completion of all the pending activities

- Design and deploy new age HR operations practices to streamline current practices

- Managing overall PAN India offer desk, mapping changes

Expertise Required:

- Sound HR operations experience

- Excellent verbal, written and excel skills

- Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage time and prioritize effectively

- Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes

- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels

- Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
