Job Title :

Branch Manager Minimum 4 years experience in sales and financial services

• Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of the branch.
• Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
• Drive cross-selling of other financial products to existing customers.

Process & Quality:-

• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction.
• Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies of IIFL KYC adherence,

maintaining all important registers etc.

• Maintaining the quality portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR and prompt resolution of queries pre &

post loan disbursal.

• Verify customers KYC & new KYC generation and ensure proper customer relationship for renewal & reference.

Collections:-

• Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.

Team Management:-

• Coaching, mentoring and training the team at regular intervals.
• Provide timely feedback on their performance and motivating them to achieve their goals.
• Ensure to Call customers as per CRM lead ( Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads)

MIS & Branding Activities :-

• Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.
• Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the proper

catchment areas.

Gold Valuer/ Appraiser Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any form by manual process. Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. Should be able to maintain accounting process, records and handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.

Experience of handling customers & large amount of cash.
