Own the Product Campaigns - You ll plan, create, and execute product-related campaigns for different pods, from content creation to lead generation. Your campaigns will be aligned with our GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies, designed to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze & Optimize - With a data-driven mindset, you ll continuously assess the performance of campaigns, tweaking and optimizing based on feedback and real-time results.
Target the Right Audience - Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segment audiences to ensure your messaging cuts through the noise. Based on customer feedback and market insights, you ll adjust strategies to hit the sweet spot.
Collaborate & Strategize - Work closely with pod leads to refine positioning strategies, making sure our product messaging speaks directly to the right audience. Your market research will guide actionable insights for refining our product strategies.
Support Sales Teams - Manage sales enablement resources in HubSpot, ensuring the sales team has updated content to work with. Using your insights, you ll create ICP-specific content that helps sales teams win.
Optimize Content & Distribution - You ll ensure all content is distributed effectively, nurturing leads through MoFu (middle-of-funnel) and BoFu (bottom-of-funnel) strategies.
Maintain Clean Campaign Data - Organize and manage a healthy database of contacts and lists to make sure your campaigns target the right people at the right time.
Track, Measure, Repeat - Monitor key metrics like lead generation, ICP targeting accuracy, and content distribution efficiency, always aiming to improve. You ll own the 20% increase in leads and 85% accuracy in ICP targeting.
Product Marketing , GTM , Storytelling , Campaigns
Have 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Love data and can turn insights into actionable campaigns.
Are a natural storyteller, able to create messaging that speaks to different audiences and drives conversions.
Have experience with CRM and email marketing tools like HubSpot (bonus if you ve used other marketing tools like Salesforce or Marketo).
Thrive in fast-paced environments, and you know how to manage multiple projects and prioritize like a pro.
Are detail-oriented you leave no stone unturned when it comes to campaign accuracy and optimization.
