Working on the product s positioning and messaging strategy
Building and executing launch plans for the product and new product features
Staying updated on industry and market news, trends, competition, etc
Building and implementing a content and promotion strategy for the product - across different formats (including blog posts, videos, reports, case studies, SEO articles, etc) and channels (including newsletters, social media, PR, etc)
Generating Top of the Funnel Leads (along with the Demand Generation Team)
Contributing to the quarterly inbound and outbound campaign strategies and lead generation plans for the product
Creating campaign content - including emails, ads, and landing pages
Working with teams to collect and analyze campaign data, finding patterns, and optimize the lead generation strategy
Enabling the Sales and Other Customer-Facing Teams
Building sales decks, cheat sheets, flashcards, and other sales enablement material for the product
Working with the sales team to train them on the story of the product, how to sell, and how to demo it
In-app marketing and working with the Product Management team
Understanding how customers are interacting with the product and using that to iterate messaging and increase adoption
Working on in-app product marketing, help documentation, and tool tips
Share market research with the Product Management team and helping adjust roadmap accordingly
What we are looking for
2-3 years experience in SaaS product marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to grasp complex technical concepts, break them down, and express them in simple language
Ability to think strategically at the product and market level - and translating them into tactical plans
Proficiency in telling stories through data
Bonus, but not compulsory : A background in computer engineering or A.I.
