Business Development Executive - Commercial Payments

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify target companies and key decision-makers within the commercial payments sector (e.g., CXOs, sales/business development managers, Treasury managers, partnership managers).
• Utilize online resources, industry publications, social media (especially LinkedIn), and other tools to build a comprehensive database of potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

Email Marketing & Outreach:

• Craft compelling and personalized email campaigns designed to engage prospects and generate interest in our commercial payment solutions.
• Develop and maintain a library of email templates and content, ensuring consistency in email communication and branding.
• Test different email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates) and identify areas for improvement.
• Respond to inbound inquiries generated from email campaigns in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the commercial payments space.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on insights gained from prospect interactions.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and goals.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, email campaign performance, and pipeline development.
