Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales of exhibition space for our premier events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and business development, with a passion for the exhibitions and events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential exhibitors to secure space sales for exhibitions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to enhance promotional efforts.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate leads.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or exhibition sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required for meetings and events.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in sales or event management are an advantage.
