Manager - Channel Sales
Key Accountabilities:
- Driving ideaForge''s product & service business via partners (Distributors & Resellers), managing end-to-end relationship with channel partners.
- Help partners grow their business of ideaForge's products & services by developing joint Business Plans with strategic partners.
- Identify short and long-term goals and plan execution.
- Help partners to build a drone based solutions' portfolio aligned with market opportunities.
- Devising strategy to increase share of wallet of drones business in in partner organizations.
- Adding new "relevant" channel partners to the existing pool.
- Manage multiple programs for partners incl regular trainings, events, etc.
- Collaboration with multiple functions to ensure that committed deliverables happen on time.
- ABC analysis of partners based on ideaForge business imperatives.
- Driving more & more partners from C to B and B to A.
- Ready to take new responsibilities as per the need of the hour.
Qualification & Key Capabilities:
- 5+ years of experience in "B2B and/or B2G Channel sales" compulsorily in technology industry.
- Strong relationship management and solution development skills.
- A strategic thinker with executive relationship management experience.
- An out-of-the-box thinker who comes up with novice ideas to encourage partners to work on ideaForge.
- A team worker with strong experience of collaborating with cross functional teams & driving outcomes thru them well within deadlines.
- Strong influencer.
- Should be able to align ideaForge and partner resources to drive solutions that support customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort.
- Strong at negotiations, conflict resolution.
