Growth Lead: CBO's Office

IDAM Wellness (BellaVita) is a fast-growing D2C brand committed to offering natural and sustainable beauty products. We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented growth lead to spearhead data-driven strategies, optimize business outcomes, and drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Data analysis and insights:

*Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, sales data, and product performance to uncover growth opportunities.

*Develop actionable insights to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and retention metrics.

2: Growth Strategy Development:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

*Identify trends and anomalies to refine strategies for revenue and performance optimization.

3:A/B Testing and Experimentation:

*Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product updates and marketing initiatives.

*Leverage test outcomes to improve website performance, user experience, and ROI.

4:Data Management and Reporting:

*Build and manage dashboards to monitor KPIs and track the impact of growth initiatives.

*Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support decision-making processes.

5:Attention to Detail:

*Maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring precision in all data-related tasks.

*Validate findings with rigorous analysis and double-check results for accuracy.

6:Market Research:

*Perform competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer needs.

* Provide recommendations for pricing, product launches, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Analytics, or related fields ( Tier 1/Tier 2)
• Experience: 3-5 years in growth roles, business analysis, or similar positions in the eCommerce or D2C sector.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Excel).
• Proven ability to manage large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and growth tools is a plus.
