Job Title - Growth Lead (International Growth BellaVita).
Responsibilities:
- Lead, or contribute to one or more special projects under the strategy, product, or growth umbrellas.
- Typically, projects that will be time-sensitive and high-impact that require creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Own the rhythm of the business, drive execution with rigor, and solve cross-functional problems, working closely with the functional VPs/SVPs, CXOs across Brands and their portfolio companies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business challenges, proposing data-driven solutions and strategic initiatives to address issues and optimize processes.
- Support executive decision-making through data gathering, information analysing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders.
- Extrapolate useful information from huge datasets to aid in decision-making and promote ongoing development.
- Work cooperatively with many divisions to align strategies and guarantee that business plans are carried out without a hitch.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture, promoting the use of analytics and insights in decision-making processes.
- Lay the groundwork to establish new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of working closely with C-suite/VP-level executives and an ability to build trust with internal/external stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to dive into any area of business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate executive decisions.
- Sharp business judgment, ability to see the 'big picture' and to prioritize.
- Detail-oriented organizational and process/project management skills to manage a wide range of incoming requests and responsibilities.
- High propensity to get things done with ownership.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in strategy, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably within the D2C or retail sectors.
