Job Title : Digital Marketing Associate

Job Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Noida. This role will involve executing and managing social media strategies, digital campaigns, and website enhancements to boost our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, digital marketing, and have the ability to support administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
A. Social Media Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Analyze social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences to refine strategies and keep up with industry changes.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media activities and track progress towards achieving these goals.
B. Campaign Management :
- Plan, create, and run targeted social media campaigns to promote services, initiatives, and events.
- Coordinate with content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality content, including images, videos, and written posts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results, providing recommendations for future improvements.
C. Social Media Page Management :
- Manage and update social media pages regularly, ensuring a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Schedule and publish posts across different platforms, following a well-planned content calendar.
D. Content Development and Optimization :
- Create engaging content such as posts, articles, and infographics that resonate with the target audience.
- Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for greater reach and visibility.
- Experiment with different content types (e.g., reels, stories, polls) to boost user interaction and improve page traction.
E. Research and Analysis :
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support strategic business decisions.
- Collect data on social media activities' performance, reporting insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and emerging tools or platforms for better engagement.
F. Administrative Tasks :
- Maintain organized records of social media activities, content calendars, and campaign performance reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Support general administrative functions such as arranging team travel, filing, or maintaining an updated contact list.
G. Website Enhancements :
- Assist with updates to the company website, ensuring content is current and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement new features or improvements that enhance user experience.
- Monitor website performance and provide recommendations for optimization based on analytics.
Qualifications :
- 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, and basic web analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
