IDAM Wellness - Senior Category Manager - BellaVita - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-7 yrs)

BellaVita is a fast-growing brand within the Guardian Portfolio, pioneering innovative and high-performing personal care solutions. We are now expanding into a new FMCG category, and we're looking for a dynamic category manager / category lead to spearhead this journey. Key Responsibilities:

- Category Strategy & P&L Ownership: Drive end-to-end category strategy, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.

- New Product Development (NPD): Lead conceptualization, development, and launch of innovative products in the FMCG, skincare, and color cosmetics space.

- Brand Thinking & Positioning: Define and implement brand architecture, ensuring strong positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement.

- Consumer & Market Insights: Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the FMCG space.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to bring winning products to market.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute launch plans, distribution strategies, and channel expansion across D2C, e-commerce, and offline retail.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers, agencies, and manufacturing partners.

Who You Are:

- Candidate should have a strong understanding of Marketing and its impact on category growth.

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Category Management, or Brand Management within FMCG, Skincare, or Color Cosmetics.

- Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering category growth.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and innovation in personal care & beauty.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

- Candidate from Tier 1 ( IIT , IIM & ISB ) will be preferred. candidates from consulting backgrounds are also welcomed.
