Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist ( BPO / Sales Hiring)

Role & Responsibilities : -

• End-to-End Sales Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• High-Volume Hiring: Handle 30-40 hires per month for sales and customer-facing roles.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and strategic hiring campaigns to attract top talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
• Process Optimization: Implement recruitment strategies to improve TAT, candidate quality, and pipeline efficiency.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices in the sales and BPO recruitment space.

Qualifications & Skills : -

• Experience: 3-6 years in sales recruitment, preferably in high-growth organizations.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in BPO, or Inside sales hiring is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for candidate engagement.
• Process-Driven: Ability to manage multiple roles with structured hiring workflows.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
