Senior Manager - E-commerce (BellaVita)

Responsibilities : -

• P&L Ownership Drive revenue growth, manage costs, and optimize profitability across all marketplace platforms.
• Marketplace Strategy – Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other key platforms.
• Sales & Performance Optimization – Leverage data insights, pricing strategies, and promotions to improve rankings and conversion rates.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management – Work with internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Seller Account Management – Ensure strong relationships with marketplace account managers to leverage new opportunities and resolve issues.
• Data & Analytics – Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align marketplace growth strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in the D2C or e-commerce industry, with expertise in managing operations across marketplaces.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for marketplace growth.
• Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Seller Central, and marketplace-specific dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments to achieve business goals.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with preference for candidates from Tier 1. (IIT , IIM , ISB )
