Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Utilize various strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and Sales Navigator, to identify and qualify potential clients within the domestic (PAN India) market.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand target accounts and their pain points.
- Develop insightful conversations to identify client needs and recommend the most suitable solutions or services.
Building Relationships and Sales Success:
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and consultative selling.
- Proactively uncover new business opportunities and convert them into successful sales.
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Contribute strategic insights and market feedback to the Sales Manager for effective decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
- Demonstrated experience working within the domestic (PAN India) market.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce) and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using data platforms like Lusha or ZoomInfo (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
