Role & responsibilities

• Key performance indicators are topline (GWP) , activation, retention and wallet maximization of IL under the CSC distribution for the assigned territory
• Geographical territory mapping in terms of active, non-active, elite centres with the help of available data
• Create a daily touch points to all centres through calls, what Sapp, Kaizala and other available applications
• Assisting , training to RAPs about IL portal , steps, processes and product features
• Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from CSC channels through the location
• Current product groups include motor insurance and health insurance
• Conduct training and organizing workshops/ seminars of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
• Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements
• Providing ground feedback and competition activity to improvising user experience for IL
