Role & responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation:
- Drive branch-level sales and business development activities to achieve home loan targets.
- Develop strategies to expand the branchs market share by identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Promote the companys products (home loans, LAP, etc.) to customers through various channels
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met in line with the company's goals.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives. Set clear objectives and performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with the company’s business targets.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular training to ensure that the team is skilled in selling and customer service.
3. Branch Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient processing of loan applications, disbursements, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory guidelines (RBI regulations, KYC norms, etc.).
- Monitor cash flow, loan disbursements, and operational costs to ensure the financial health of the branch.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, real estate developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders in the market.
- Handle high-value customers and complex cases, providing personalized service and solutions based on their needs.
- Address customer grievances or escalations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Credit & Risk Management:
- Work closely with the credit team to ensure that loan applications are processed and sanctioned efficiently.
- Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio, ensuring that only creditworthy customers are approved for home loans.
6. Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in the home finance sector, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Develop local marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the branch’s visibility in the market.
- Analyze market and branch performance data to refine business strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Understanding of loan products, credit processes, loan documentation, and the regulatory landscape.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a diverse team, inspire motivation, and achieve branch goals.
- Sales Acumen: Expertise in identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to engage with customers, build relationships, and resolve issues effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Efficiency in managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Risk Management: Ability to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring a healthy loan portfolio.
