Vice President, Solution Engineering

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the solution engineering team towards initiatives aligned with the Icertis goals. Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence for providing outcome driven solutions to our customers.
• Technical Oversight: Drive the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art solutions built on Icertis platform, along with integrations. Ensure the team is utilizing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver scalable, efficient, and robust systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Professional Services, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales and Platform Engineering to align efforts, share insights, and drive cohesive strategies for value driven contracting solutions.
• Team Management: Recruit, build, and retain a top-tier team of engineers and architects. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and ensure high team performance.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS platform based solutions. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and exploration to drive innovation within the team.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the development and deployment of solutions.

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Masters) in Computer Science, with 20+ years of experience in designing, developing and deploying SaaS bases solutions.
• Should have led and been accountable for 200+ sized teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
• Strong track record of defining and delivering successful SaaS solutions with customer-centric approach, using platforms like SAP, SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics and so on.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying solutions at scale, with a strong understanding of various domains, business processes, and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in constructing, articulating, and advocating for business proposals.

As the Vice President of Solution Engineering, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing and driving the development and implementation of solutions built on Icertis platform. You will lead a highly skilled team of engineers, guiding them to push the boundaries of technology and innovation to deliver industry leading contract-intelligence solutions built with extensions on Icertis platform, along with integrations to other legacy systems as well as other SaaS platforms like SFDC, MSFT Dynamics, SAP and so on.
