• Product Management Expertise:
• At least 15-18 years of experience in Product Management, with leadership roles in cloud communications, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling and managing complex product portfolios.
• Experience integrating Generative AI and cutting-edge technologies into product offerings.
• Has taken at least one product from conception to launch and scale
• Customer-Centric Design:
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
• Expertise in creating products that solve real customer problems while delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Leadership and Influence:
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product strategies.
• Ability to influence without authority to drive consensus in building, positioning and selling products
• Business Impact:
• Experience managing product lines with a significant impact on revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of key business metrics, including user adoption, NPS, and ROI.
• Strong business acumen to assess TAM, SAM and the like to assess and prioritise building the right products
• Technical Understanding:
• Comfort with cloud technologies, AI, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to navigate technical conversations and align product goals with engineering capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Contact Center or CRM products is a plus
