Telesales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in telesales or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently in an outbound calling environment.
  
• Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems and other relevant tools.
