Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR activities. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to learn and grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation and orientation sessions.
• Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus but not required.
