Servicenow Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify asset management processes and develop strategies for improvement.
• Develop and execute scripts using scripting languages such as JavaScript or HTML to automate tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITAM implementation, configuration, and customization.

Job Requirements :

• 11-18 years of experience in ITAM or related field.
• Strong understanding of CMDB concepts and ability to design effective data models.
• Experience with HAM (Hardware Asset Management) module in ServiceNow is required; knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management) module is an added advantage.
